Big Sandy's Family Camps are held every year over the Fourth of July and Labor Day holiday weekends. Come join the "family" as we spend time together relaxing, playing and enjoying the northwoods. We have room for tents, hook-ups for campers and lots of lodge space. Enjoy the camp meals and eat "Family Style" or eat on your own.

4th Of July Family Camp

Join us for Fourth of July Family Camp in 2012!

This year, take in fireworks at your own family gathering and then head for camp on July 5th for our family camp. Better yet bring your family gathering here. Rev. Joel Arndt from Detroit Lakes Alliance Church will be our speaker. We are looking forward to a great family getaway. Be sure to sign up early for this event, July 5-8, 2012. There are activities for the entire family-don't miss it!

Joel and Becca have been in ministry for the past 24 years, pastoring churches in California and Montana. Currently Joel is pastoring the Community Alliance Church in Detroit Lakes, MN. Joel has a B.A. in Missions from Crown College, and a Masters of Divinity from Bethel Seminary. Joel and Becca have been married 26 years and have four children.

LABOR DAY Family Camp

Join us for Labor Day Family Camp – August 31 through Septemebr 3, 2012!

Our Labor Day Speaker this year is John Stumbo. John, with his wife Joanna, just released their first book, An Honest Look at a Mysterious Journey, (Nesting Tree Books). In it, the Stumbo's authentically wrestle with their faith as they tell the story of John's traumatic illness with its slow, and at times miraculous, recovery.
