Welcome to the 2010 Summer Staff page. 
Any full-time summer applicant will need to fill out and return the following 5 forms: 

1. Either a New Staff or Returning Staff Application Form.

2. An I/A Inventory form. (Interests/Abilities)

3. Three Staff Reference forms.

4. A notarized Criminal History form. (a notary public is found at most banks)

5. And a Health form.
