Greetings,

We have had a great start to this year. My assistant and I have taken on a lot of deep cleaning projects in between our busy weekends. We have been making some great food and been having a great time doing so. We are excited for this upcoming summer! We have been planning and cleaning the kitchen in preparation of it.

We are hoping to acquire a few new pieces of equipment before the summer so we can better serve our guests, such as a new warmer to keep hot food hot before a meal. We also want to get a pair of buffet hot lines to make our new buffet system even better.

We have been improving our capabilities of catering to special food allergies, such as Celiac disease, along with offering a full salad bar at each lunch and dinner. We have a designated area of the kitchen to handle the prep of gluten free foods to prevent cross contamination.
